The client requested a replacement of their existing 2GIG panel due to performance issues, integration of their current security devices (siren and cameras), the addition of a new exterior camera at the front door, and full system setup with user programming, app access, and a walkthrough demonstration.

We replaced the outdated 2GIG panel with a new system, integrated the existing hardwired siren as a secondary alert, connected all existing WiFi cameras, and added a new exterior camera at the front door. We also completed full system setup, including programming user codes, configuring app access, and providing a hands-on demo for the client.
